Candles are made in Wa. state. We make the best additive-free, strongly and naturally scented, long-burning candles on the market. We still make our candles in a hand-crafted old world method. We do not use machines .This gives us a remarkable amount of control over our product. Slight variations in color or scent may occur, we call this character .jenny abels is not responsible for misuse, such as burning candles in drafts, leaviing them unattended, or failing to trim wicks. Do not burn candles for over 3-4 hours at a time and before each use trim wick to 1/4 inch. jenny abels reserves the right to refuse orders, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers.Email for wholesale pricing. jenny abels is held harmless from injuries caused by product misuse.
It is not the general policy of jenny abels to issue refunds. jenny abels accepts returns for unburned candles or items damaged during shipping, with a photograph .We will do this upon receipt of the defective item from you, at your expense. Let us know through e-mail to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and to generically let us know to expect your shipment. Exchanges will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Deadline for damage claims is 15 days. Abandoned items not picked up from a workshop or store within 30 days are considered abandoned. Once you have an RMA, it is solely your responsibility to get the item to us. After we receive the candle, we will briefly assess the item for defect and, at our discretion, either ship a replacement product or issue you a pro rata credit for the candle.
